The Fenix A320 FMC only shows MONAC3C with AIRAC 2511 when runway ILS RW 22L is selected. That seems to be outdated and MONAC4C should be available as generated by Simbrief and Navigraph Charts.

Can you confirm that you have installed the latest AIRAC cycle 2511?
I ask, because I can´t reproduce it - AIRAC 2511 installed:
Please try to go into the Hub → remove the cycle → and reinstall it again.

Reinstalling navdata for Fenix solved the issue. I will try this in first place next time.
