Missing VPT A 04 LFMN

I landed in the cockpit in Nice today and the pilots selected the VPT-A-04L, which traces the curve of the curve of the sight approach, but when I tried to redo the flight I did not find the VPT-A-04L in the MCDU, looking in the official databases I found this table that describes the different types of approach for the 04

We can see that on the MCDU in the real airplane the approche is named RNAV04L-S

Hi,
As you can see in both videos (and also on all charts), the VPT A is a "visual approach. " According to the AIP France, the RNAV04L-S doesn´t exist.

Here is a list of all approaches to LFMN from the AIP:

So I assume this approach is tailored to the airline (in this case, AF), but it´s not a standard-coded approach.
