After updating to AIRAC 2610 on the pmdg 777, the stars only work for 25C and 07C. But for 25L,25R,07L,07R it show NONE under STARS for vhhh.

Is there any way I can fix? Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi gentlemen,
First of all, thank you very much for your report. I have tried to reproduce it, and I can reproduce it, but I have looked into the PMDG database, and here, we have all procedures for all runways:

Here for all 25 runways:

 ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/navigraph1/original/3X/4/f/4f7d8694118d86381024f70c2fc338ff3ce4889f.jpeg)

You see ABEY2G 25C, 25L, 25R - same for ABEY3B, BETY2G, …

So, it is unclear to me why the PMDG uses only the C runways. By the way, the FMC shows the right approach transition, so it can´t be runway issue. I will try to verify it with PMDG, but for me, the data looks good. Keep you updated here.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi,
For your next posting, please be so kind as to give us more details, not just a screenshot. We can’t identify all add-ons solely from such postings.

This is currently a known issue, and PMDG is still informed about it. It is related to this report:

Since Airac 2026 I’m having issues with loading Stars. Last night attempted to load flight from [EDDF](https://navigraph.com/airport/EDDF/Frankfurt-Main) to RJAA (CIND8S CINDY Z74 HAREM ASLEP TAKUT DINKU L603 BESNI L605 MIQ ALUTU BIBAG Q104 AKIMA TEGRI UDROS UN743 GAKSU UT310 SIN UN644 KARDE ATVAM IFEMU REBLO MATAL T916 PIGAL M610 RULAD A343 POSOT B215 FKG W188 LIKMI W270 DKO W69 HUR B339 LADIX W34 VAPGU W100 ORAVA W201 UNSEK A326 DONVO G597 AGAVO Y644 EGOBA Y697 LANAT Y51 SAMON Y517 ESKAS Y303 ENTAK Y30 SWAMP SWAMPG) arriving RW 16R. When selecting RW 16R there were no Stars displayed. I had to load RW 16L and then I could select SwampG arrival. The problem was the Star was loaded in twice. I tried updating, removing and reinstalling airac both with the Hub and through the EFB but no luck. I gave up on trying to load the flight in the end.

This morning I have tried a different route [EDDF](https://navigraph.com/airport/EDDF/Frankfurt-Main) to LIRF (ANEK3L ANEKI Y163 NATOR TRA RIPUS GERSA SOSON ODINA EKPAL TINKU XIBIL XIBI3A) arriving 16R. Again, when selecting RW 16R, no Stars are available so I reverted to 16L. Again the Star loaded twice. I gave up and manually entered the waypoints.

I did install the latest revision for PMDG 737 & 777.

Thanks.

Hi Richard.

Thanks for your reply. Is this a new bug since 2610? I’ve never had this issue with either airport the last few years I’ve been flying PMDG.

Cheers, Nick

Hi Nick,
I can´t really answer this question. There was no real change in the data, and we don´t see any issues with other add-ons, excluding the PMDG. In the past, STARs with multiple runways were designed as RWxxB. The B at the end means “available for multiple runways”.

With AIRAC 2610 we don´t have such RWxxB patterns any longer. Every B was dissolved in single records with the exact runway ident (RWxxL, RWxxR, …). Normally, no issue (and also a valid syntax/rule), but it looks like PMDG has an issue.

We are still in contact with PMDG to identify the root cause, but I guess this will take a little time. So, please be patient… as a workaround, yes … enter the waypoints manually for now.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi gents,
Just an update on this… after several hours over the past few days, we have found a quick “workaround/solution” for this issue. We are still working on the fix and doing some tests. When we are ready, we will release a new revision, but there is no real timeline. We do our best to be finished within the next couple of hours, plus testing, today evening (UTC), or, at the latest, tomorrow (Monday during the day).

This is a valid workaround, but it does not fix the root cause, which can only be fixed by PMDG. They are aware of it, but to reduce the pressure a little bit everywhere and to offer you working data, we have decided to develop this temporary solution.

Thanks, guys, for your understanding and your patience.

Enjoy your Sunday,
Richard

Revision 3 is out now. Please update the PMDGs via the Hub or directly in your EFB.
It is only a temporary solution from our side - PMDG is still working on a fix, and they will roll out the fix with the next updates.
