BD008 & BD003 SIDs seems to be missing per ET AIP and LIDO database.
BD008 is featured on the Jeppesen chart as a transition to HABD, the only airport the procedure serves. BD008 been the IAF for RNVY 22.
Not sure about BD003 as it doesn’t seem to be utilized on the 04 approaches.
There are pending changes by Jeppesen to the HABD procedures.
That’s ture and it’s stated on the aip too, as well as that it severs the routing to HAAB via BD008 BDR UT124 LABLA
