I was planning on an eastbound trip across Japan on V40 to KTE at RJOT, then turn northeast onto V38, but found out KTE was not accepted by the route editor on the top, despite it being the starting point for both airways.
Right-clicking on the map to select KTE from the list, it would bring me to ITE VOR, which is over at RJOO.
This issue is visible on both PC and iOS.
