SWelcome.

I suggest you uninstall Charts using exact procedure at [FAQ - Charts desktop installer fails immediately](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-charts-desktop-installer-fails-immediately/134).

Then download and install latest version at [Charts Download](https://navigraph.com/account/downloads/charts)
