I understand that Navigraph data needs to be installed in a specific folder for the AIRAC update to work with the MADDOG planes. Apparently since the 4th of september I am supposed to install them in a ‘work/Navigraph’ folder. But where do I put this ‘work’ folder, does anyone know?
Hi…,
Welcome.
Fly the Maddog should be detected and available for installation
using the latest Hub V 1.2.22:
Cheers

Hi Ian, thank you for replying! They might be part of the problem. I should have been more specific. Since installing them the FMC doesn’t recognise airports anymore. I also can no longer insert airports in the Performance app on the EFB for calculations.
Hi,
Can you confirm, that you have installed the latest version of the Maddog?
Which version do you have installed?
Cheers
Richard
Hi NAVData,
I have version 1.2 b220 installed according to the Load Manager.
Hi,
Thank you very much - it´s the latest version, yes. We are currently checking the folder structure on our side. It appears that we are still using the older structure. We will keep you informed when we have any updates for you.
Thank you very much for your effort & your patience
Richard
Hi,
Ah I am glad to hear it might be something on your end. I was pulling my hair out. I’ll await your further instructions.
The issue is resolved since updating to the latest Navigraph Hub version. Perhaps the installation of files was corrputed in the previous version. Or perhaps the folder structure has changed?
