just departed from LTFM with Online IVAO controllers. Seems that all the SIDS ending with 4D are actually 3D on their side. Using my JeppView charts, they are correct.
it’s ASMAP 3D and not ASMAP 4D like in Navigraph.

sorry to say but the gap is your outdated charts. The procedures were renamed with the last cycle. To verify it, you can look directly in the Turkey AIP.
4x procedures are correct.
