Long loading time

since the big crash beginning of January the dispatch still needs a very long time. Also loading into the Fenix is nearly impossible because it needs to long. When do you plan to have a longterm solution on this matter. Best regards

Your two cases, SimBrief and Fenix, use different servers in different countries. This suggests a network issue.

We suggest:

  • Disable any Antivirus and firewall as a test.
  • Reset/restart your router.
  • Connecting to the internet via a mobile phone hotspot.
