# Linking issues with Infinite Flight

So I’m having an issue where I can’t link my Navigraph account to my Infinite Flight account, any one with a similar problem or a solution to this both are new accounts.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The issue might be that you have created and deleted several Navigraph accounts but have kept the same email address. It is likely this is causing a cache mismatch of account information.

I would recommend you uninstall the app, clear the app cache, reinstall and try signing in again. You haven’t mention what device you use, whether its iOS or Android, however I would recommend you check the clearing catch/data procedure for this.

Hi, I’m using an OPPO A18 Android  
I haven’t installed the app I use it on the browser chrome, the reasoning I had for doing that was the hope that starting over would clear everything and it would just link easily like the first time.
