Please report this to Fenix. It appears to be an add-on issue rather than a data issue. On the ND (as shown in your screenshot), you can see that IF28 has an altitude constraint of 2000 ft, which is what we offer. All other values are calculated by the addon.
So, please report this to Fenix.
