I have tested your flightplan in the FSR 300 …
I´m pretty sure now that there is a cache somewhere that won’t be cleared successfully or that some process blocks something from doing this.
Why? Because you wrote that the same route works without any changes with the previous cycle 2610 but not with 2611, even when there are no (zero) changes in this route between 2610 and 2611 (also in the bgl files).
So, something blocks the “update/refresh,” and the WT AviationFramework tries to load some older (2610) parts that no longer exist. So the Framework tries to load a reference that does not exist in 2611 => result: error from the facilityloader
When you re-download the 2610, it works because all pointers and references are in place again …
What I can´t explain is why it works on my system; therefore, my assumption is that something else blocks the files from refreshing.
I have no special setup (Store/Xbox Version) here, but what may be different from the other one (or from default setups) is that I exclude the MSFS folder and processes from internal “Virus & threat protection”.
Here is what I have excluded on my system:
- For Store/Xbox:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe(i used this) - (For Steam:
%APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024)
- the MSFS2024-root folder (which contains the
Communityfolder) - the Process
FlightSimulator2024.exe
It is a completely new idea, but we are looking into why this happens on some systems and not on others. So please excuse me if it is too technical for you.
But when you’re able on your side, it would be worth trying to exclude all of these from your “Virus & threat protection” as well.
Important - steps:
- Restart your system after the changes
- Remove the AIRAC via Hub
- Start the sim → close it again when it is up and running
- Go to the Hub and install the AIRAC
- Start the sim and try it again
