KEGE ILS 25 and LOC Y RWY 25 chart missing

The only charts visible are LDA RWY 25 and RNAV (GPS)-D. In the flight planner Set Approach area I can also see LOC Y RWY 25 and ILS RWY 25.

Is there an ILS approach for KEGE ?

I cannot see anything published by the FAA.

EDIT: Maybe only available to approved operators?

Curiously, eNASR from FAA references 2 LDA/DME systems for runway 25 at KEGE

• IESJ on 109.75
  both beeing offset localizers
