Issue with my airac

Hi this is my first time uploading here

I have the pmdg 737 and it is not letting me update the airac it says I have no active subscription when I do and it worked on the 350. Just wondering what should I do? Contact pmdg? Reinstall the 737 or do something different entirely

Welcome

Assuming MSFS 2024, make sure you have latest Hub and latest PMDG 737 version using OC3.

If still an issue, try using EFB to update, ensuring you have your Navigraph details correctly entered there.
