# Installing new Airac 2509 rev.2 results in Operation Failed

Hello,

I am running into the problem below upon attempting to install Airac 2509 rev.2. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Navigraph Hub but the same error occurs.

Any guidance to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Please install this pre-version and try it again. We will release this as an official version soon.
