INOP unexpected occurrence

Charts opens normally.

When I try to open approach chart I get

INOP Unexpected Occurrence

This just started and continues even after reloading.

Hi…,

Make sure you have the latest Charts. Does this occur with Charts Cloud

Please check you have your Windows Time synced to local time.

Please provide screenshots showing the charts you are opening and the error message using Guide to posting Screenshots.

I did download reloaded charts and issued occurred again

Tried to get ILS16 Z CYLW

Just tried again

Same outcome

Windows PC and time is synced

Running FSX

It was actually LOC Z RWY 16

Just tried ILS Z RWY 16 RCAP and it worked CYLW

LOC Z is not cooperating

I am unclear. You mention an INOP message when you run Charts, then speak about a problem with an ILS in FSX.

Please provide Information requested when posting an issue - #5 .

Also please provide screenshots showing the error message using Guide to posting Screenshots.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your help. The issue has gone away. If this pops up again I will try to be clearer and provide screenshots.

Just to clarify, for now, NG Charts runs on my tablet, not my PC. The chart for LOC Z RWY 16 was pinned but not open. When I tried to open the approach plate the screen went blank and I got the INOP Occurence message.

Unable to duplicate at this time.
