Then follow these steps:

0. Exit Navigraph Charts if it is running
1. Press Win + R
2. In the dialog that opens, insert the following:

cmd /c rmdir /s /q "%APPDATA%\Navigraph Charts\Local Storage"

3. Press enter
4. Start Navigraph Charts
