Infrared satellite not showing in simbrief map. it has been working in the past. all other items working fine
Hi, looks like it’s an issue at the weather provider we use and out of our control.
Presumably they will fix it eventually, but if they don’t we’ll simply remove that layer to avoid confusion.

I have the same issue. It’s been a few days already (true, including a week-end).
@SimBrief , is the name of the “weather provider” something you can disclose ?
Radar and cloud layers are provided by the Rain Viewer API.
There is no indication yet on when this might be fixed, and there is no alternative we can switch to right now.
Their API is a free service (which we appreciate) and they have no obligation to provide it at all, so we will just have to wait and see.
