Incorrect waypoints in flightplan but not EFB. Is it me? Please help

How did you get on? Im stoll getting the dame problem but find that if I delete the erroneous waypoint then put it back the problem is resolved.

Hi Richard. I have tried the flights with the LVFR A320ceo and there are no issues at all.

This is therefore a Simbrief/Inibuilds problem. I have therefore reported the issue to Inibuilds and await a response.

I would “reset” this posting and look at one specific flightplan. You offer so many flight plans and show us only screenshots without any details, so it is hard to understand your needs now.

Therefore, I restart the whole posting:

Flightplan: LEGE/19 to LFMN/04L
Route: BGR5H BGR L110 DIBER/N0428F300 DCT SOSUR DCT SOFFY UM976 MRM UY122 ABLAK ABLAK7R
Simulator: MSFS2024 latest version (no 3rd party sceneries installed)
Aircraft: Inibuild A320v2 neo
AIRAC: 2508 (Simbrief), 2508 rev. 2 (MSFS2024)

Here is my route from Simbrief:

Here, when I import the FS2024 flightplan into the MSFS EFB:

Here, when I import the flightplan via Inibuilds A320v2 EFB:

… and lastly, after I entered the SID BGR5H and the STAR ABLAK7R to ILS04L via MUS1:

A complete flightplan, and I can´t see any incorrect or missing waypoints. The import works correctly, the flightplan after the import contains all waypoints (see screenshot above), and after I insert the SID, STAR, and the IAP. The sequences are not changed.

At least, I can´t reproduce your report. The flightplan will be loaded correctly via the Inibuilds EFB, too, so I can´t see any Simbrief issue or Inibuild issue.

Hello,

I spoke to the team and apparently there’s a mismatch between sim nav database and wasm database which is why there are errors when the flight is imported this way.

A fix is being worked on.

I asked them why they haven’t posted on their forum as it affects 9 in 10 flights.

Ok, thanks - at least I don´t understand what they exactly mean with that, and at least I can´t reproduce it.

Anyway, you have an answer now and it is good, that it´s not a Simbrief issue

To be honest, I’ve just bought a serious PC so I can use an A320 from other providers and a sensible ATC.

I have just come back from my travels and can see the issue still exists even with the flight plan you sent me I get the exact incorrect waypoints that you did. Thankyou for doing the digging for me and confirming it’s an Inibuilds issue.

I have been eyeing up the Fenix a320 for a while I’m guessing this will be the perfect time to pull the trigger on it.

I don’t think the fix will come until the SIM next updates.

It is a pleasure to hear from you and learn that you have the same problem. I can’t understand why other simmers aren’t raising the subject.

I have now ordered a serious PC and am going to start with the Flybywire one before building up to Fenix.

I hadn’t realised that things like GSX pro and Beyond ATC were available on PC.

I have a lot of learning to do!
