ILS at EBLG

Dear, there is a problem using ILS at EBLG,
RW22L ILG freq 109.35 and RW22R IBI freq 109.35 also ?
Normaly only RW22L is in use.

That is correct according to the AIP.

Likely in the real world only one ILS active at any time ?
