What’s the trick to getting the Analysis to recognize the Power-On Descent?

thanks!

Looking into your flight a bit further, the reason for the “unsatisfactory” status was because the airspeed was exceeded by ~30KIAS.

When you begin the power on descent, 1800RPM, reduce the pitch a little, center your heading bug and select your desired altitude. Maintain your scan all the time and keep an eye on your airspeed. Make very slight but intentional changes to maintain the 500fpm descent.

Thanks Gordon-

I think you may be looking at an earlier attempt - the status of the attempt I’m referring to wasn’t scored - it was listed as “Incomplete”, with no other info.

I’m looking into the analytics now, standby.

Ok it looks like the power on descent hit a very minute limit which triggered an error. Can you try the flight again, please, but on the power on descent component, make sure you are _over_ 85KIAS on the descent. Increase the rate of descent ever so slightly, 86-88KIAS and lets see.
