Having Trouble reinstalling Nav center

I uninstalled Nav Center and now trying to reinstall it…having trouble,I probley did something stupied.Please help and thank you and stay safe.Kansas City Missouri:)

Try installing with option Only for me.

Tryed.have no clue

… create any other folder somewhere outside of C:\Program Files (ie. on your C-Drive C:\Navigraph) and select this folder in the installer.

It looks like a permission issue.
