# Have yearly Sub, yet told to subscribe

Hi Michael,

As per [FAQ - No subscription indicated , when you have a valid subscription](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-no-subscription-indicated-when-you-have-a-valid-subscription/9605) ,

You have set up two accounts. Make sure you log in to your subscribed account, and we suggest deleting your non-subscribed account to avoid confusion.
