I have a basic question (for interest sake) on the cargo figure produced on an Api call when the input cargo value is set to AUTO.
Can you advise as to how this figure is derived at?

Hi Gary,
Auto cargo basically tries to fill the payload, with some random variation thrown in. So if you have few passengers on board, it will load a lot of cargo (kind of like a freighter). If you have many passengers, it will load much less cargo. But there will always be some amount of random variation around that general theme.
