# G1000 Flight Plan importing stuck

Hello @here!

I have another thing to try if you are still having issues! Please follow these steps:

1. Press Win + R

2. Type the following into the box that appears and press enter:

```auto
%localappdata%/Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes

```

1. An explorer window should open, containing lots of `.DAT` files. Please locate and remove **any file that begins with `navigraph-`, `!!!navigraph` or `}}}navigraph`** - essentially removing any navigraph-related files from this folder.

2. Ensure that you have installed the patch in [this post](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/g1000-flight-plan-importing-stuck/18171/20) **(Important!)**

3. Start the simulator and see if things are working
