A problem persists after uninstalling the FSLabs A321N from MSFS 2024. I had the add-on installed until

the end of 2025, but due to some performance issues, I had to uninstall it. However, since then, the aircraft still appears in Navigraph Hub. I can click on it, update its AIRAC data, and uninstall it. After several checks, I can confirm with certainty that the aircraft is not present in my Community folder.

Hi…,

Welcome.

Maybe the uninstall has left residual evidence of the aircraft.

Try reinstalling/uninstalling the aircraft.

Cheers

Ian

Hi Ian, thank you for your response.
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Navigraph Hub, as well as reinstalling and uninstalling the FSLab A321 Neo, but the issue is still persisting. I really don’t want to have to reinstall Windows just to fix this…
Do you have any idea where these leftover files that Navigraph Hub is detecting might be located?

Hi,
Please check your WASM folder, possible that the FSLabs uninstall routine doesn´t delete some files:

Copy & paste this line into your Windows Explorer:
`%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024`

Check, if there are any sub-folder from the FSLabs addon, when yes - delete it manually and re-start the Hub again to look if the entry is removed.

Cheers,
Richard

I’ve checked the 2024 and 2020 WASM folder, but there’s nothing about the FSL A321..

Hi again,
Can you check if you still have this registry key, please:

`Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FlightSimLabs`

When yes, delete it - reboot your PC and look again in the Hub, please.

Cheers,
Richard

Ah, yes! I’ll delete everything, and i’ll reboot later (currently on a 13 hours flight), i’ll answer to this post as soon as I can confirm if it worked or not! 🙂

Hi again,
So, the final solution. In the Windows Explorer, copy and paste `%AppData%`. Here, you will find a sub-folder called `FSLabs_NavData`. It will not be deleted by the uninstaller, so please delete this `FSLabs_NavData` folder. Open the Hub, and the FSLabs entry should be removed.

So, no need to remove the registry key (but you can if you want to keep your system clean). The Hub looks for the `FSLabs_NavData` folder; if it exists, the entry will be shown; if not, no entry.

You can try it also during your flight 😉

Happy flying 😉
Richard
