# FSL A321Neo EFB Unlimited License

Hello Folks!

I’m trying to use my Navigraph account on the EFB, but it shows a message saying that I need an **Unlimited subscription** to get access. However, my current subscription **is already Unlimited**. What am I doing wrong?

The flight plan works fine on the **FMGS → ATSU** , but the **charts on the EFB are still not working**.

You have two accounts. In FSL EFB, Navigraph page, make sure you log in with your subscribed account.

To avoid confusion we recommend you delete non-subscribed accounts.
