Follow own aircraft requires 3 clicks now

Hi,

Thank you all for the feedback on the Moving Maps menu and the fact that the Follow Ownship feature is currently nested in the menu.

We’ve taken this feedback seriously and have worked on a redesigned of the Moving Maps menu to make it more accessible. In the new design, Follow Ownship only requires one click, big improvement from the current three clicks.

This update will be included in an upcoming release. It’s not quite ready yet, so it’ll take a little while, but it’s in the pipeline!

Thank you for fixing this annoying function. I’ve been a user for many years and in my opinion, this makes Navigraph Charts 100% complete. Thank you again for responding to the 3 click Follow Ownership issue.

It’s now almost March, and I still have to click three times to turn follow owners aircraft back on.

EDIT: My statement was unclear. This change will be included in the update that follows today’s release (8.42.0). It is not included in today’s update. Sorry for the wait!

We have released a new version of charts recently, 8.43.0, which updates the follow ownship process.

This requires a single click to begin tracking.
