FMS Data Manager Problems

Hello!

I have been having a lot of problems with the FMS Data Manager and I have been seeing and trying every solution that I have seen posted in this website, and nothing seems to work.

My problems are the following: (1) FMS Data Manager displays that my current AIRAC cycle is 0; (2) When I try to log in, it never does. It just displays “Determining Account Status“ and remains loading without doing anything; (3) I checked, and I do not have the data.index file in my Navigraph folder.

I do not have any antivirus or firewall. I have connected to my mobile hotspot. I have already cleanly uninstalled the FMS Data Manager software and reinstalled it three times, and nothing seems to work :frowning:. I do not know what is the problem. Could you help me please? Thank you!

Thank you for your help. I followed the steps on the #7 by you, and I realized that I do not even have the settings.conf file. I do not know what is wrong with the software.

Do you have any other solution? I appreciate it :slight_smile:

In case you have a connection issue, please try disabling any Antivirus and Firewall.

Please ensure your Windows time is synchronised with the local time.

If the issue persists, you can use Manual Downloads as a workaround.

Thank you. It now works perfectly! Honestly, I do not know what happened but I was able to log in and install the latest AIRAC! Definitely the problem must have originated because my computer was not synchronized with the local time (due to time change differences I think). Thank you, Ian!
