# FMS Data Manager is not finding any addons, can't add addons

Hallo Marcel,  
please can you look into `c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient` folder if you have a “valid” `data.index`  
file (means with a content in it)? This file will be loaded during the startup of the manager, when you have the correct rights it will be downloaded. I assume, you miss some rights …
