FMS Data manager can't login

Hi all, I created a new topic because old ones about this issue are closed and I still can’t find a solution.

I am signed in the charts app but can’t sign in to FMS data manager. The operating system is Windows 10, I purchased a subscription around 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t log in to FMS data manager from the beginning.

I tried uninstalling and deleting all folders and installing again but no luck. Antivirus is disabled

Error that i get is: wrong username or password

im getting the same issue however i dont even get the pop up to login. just click the sign in button and nothing ever happens.
