If it still is not working, restart your simulator - you probably have a bad cache scenario.

Hello,
after i changed to the new simbrief version i cannot open it with an icon on my desktop. I always get the info “no internet connection”. But the connection is ok (google , FS2020, works fine). I only can open simbrief with the simbrief homepege and then go to the dispatch system. But i also can not open any chart on my Fenix EFB, only able to open Route.

I cannot reproduce this using the latest version of the Fenix in the latest update of MSFS. We used to have an issue, which should since have been fixed, but cache in the simulator can still cause issues.
