# Fenix not registering that I have an active account and Subscription

For some reason my EFB in the Fenix refuses to acknowledge that I have an active subscription to Navigraph Charts. I went to my devices list in my account and the Fenix app was listed so I signed it out so I could force the EFB to ask me to provide a code but thats not even showing up. Could somebody please help me?
