# FAQ - How to report a problem solved

The new forum has an excellent facility to report a problem solved. In the reply post to an issue, if you are happy the issue is resolved, please click the … and then click _Solution_ .

The topic will show a ticked solved icon. After a period currently set to one week after the last post in that topic, the topic will close to further posts.

Moderators can set this _Solution_, but it is preferable for the poster to do this.

In _Latest_ , there is an option to display solved unsolved topics
