When you have installed any 3rd party scenery and you see double runways, markings, … this can be have two reasons:
- The 3rd party scenery miss or has a incomplete “AirportDelete” element, which should (at least) be look like:
<DeleteAirport deleteAllApronLights="TRUE" deleteAllAprons="TRUE" deleteAllHelipads="TRUE" deleteAllRunways="TRUE" deleteAllStarts="TRUE" deleteAllTaxiways="TRUE" deleteAllBlastFences="TRUE" deleteAllJetways="TRUE" deleteAllControlTowers="TRUE" deleteAllPaintedElements="TRUE" deleteAllLightSupports="TRUE" deleteAllTaxiwaySigns="TRUE" />
or 2. the priorities in the content.xml file (scenery loading file) are wrong
To #1 - this can only be answered by the scenery designer, so it would be good to ask the developer if this element is set correctly in his scenery
To #2 here a short “How To” to fix this priorities in the content.xml file:
- close the sim
- IMPORTANT!! open our “Navigraph Navdata client” and remove the installed AIRAC cycle
- delete the content.xml file - depending on your installation (Steam or Marketplace) you find here the corresponding folder, where this file is located
- start the sim
- close the sim again
- start our “Navigraph Navdata client” and install the AIRAC cycle again
- start the sim and enjoy your flights
PS: You don´t need to make any backup of the content.xml file because it will be automatically re-created by the sim, when it´s missing - it looks into your community-folder and include all addon-packages which are inside this folder
