Failing to Update Navigraph Charts and to Uninstall

While trying to Update to the latest version the Installer shows Setup was not completed succesfully, I tryed the procedure that is in the FAQ, but also whule trying to Unistall inmediately pop up a message that says error launching installer.

While looking in my apps & Characteristics I have 2 versions installed I dont know why and I can not unistall neither of both.

Welcome

If you use Windows Charts Uninstall are you able to uninstall.

If not can you run c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts\Uninstall Navigraph Charts.exe ?

I tryed both with the same outcome, neither of both methods worked.

Try

  1. If they exist delete folders:

c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Charts and c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts

  1. Download and install latest Charts.

Hi Ian.

Again I did what you recomended but still installation is not completed.

I deleted the folders you mentioned and when trying to install again the Charts the following messagge pops up:

If I Skip the installer just closes.

Can you manually navigate to the path mentioned in the error, c:\program files\navigraph\navigraph charts\ and run ”Uninstall Navigraph Charts.exe” if it exists.

I tryied and the mentioned folder does’t exist anymore.
