When I go to the EFB in the inibuilds A340-300, I click on download flight plan, and the error pops up at the top of the screen and says, Error: Unknown UserID. I have logged into the EFB no problem, and am able to see the Jeppenes charts, but not able to import my flight plan, or create a new one in the EFB. Please help.
Hi…,
Welcome.
In the iniBuilds A340 EFB cogwheel Settings\3RD Party Settings, make sure you have entered your SIMBRIEF USER ID . This is your SimBrief Pilot ID.
Cheers
Ian
Absolutely have. I’m able to see the Jeppensen charts in the EFB bc I successfully logged in. Just can’t create a flight plan, or import one.

You say you can’t create a flight plan. Create your flight plan in SimBrief, check you have specified the A343, then pressed the Generate Flight button.
You then should be able to load it into the EFB.

So I create a flight plan in simbrief, and generate it, and use simlink as well, but I get an error when trying to View Flight Plan in the a/c EFB. See attached photos. I can see and view charts in the charts EFB section of the a/c, so I am successfully connected to simbrief in the efb.

Please confirm you have entered your SIMBRIEF USER ID into the box shown
This is different to your Navigraph email and password needed for Navdata Source.

Yes sir I have logged into Navigraph through the a/c EFB.
When I click to create a flight plan, it says Submitting Plan, then goes to an error at the top of the screen. See attached photos.

For SIMBRIEF USER ID, please enter your 6 digit Pilot ID number (not username).
Your SimBrief Pilot ID can be found on this page: SimBrief - Dispatch
