Hi decided to do a flight on my PSS777LRF wich I do keep updated however, on my approach into EGFF I input ICDF for RWY 12 into the fix page and the CDU said NOT IN DATABASE.

I then tried ICWA for RWY 30 only to find the same !!

Any Ideas please ???

Trve

Hi Trevor,
What is the PSS 777LRF? Which SIM do you use?

Tested in the MSFS2024, stock Boeing 737, AIRAC 2610 rev.2 installed:

PSS777LRF is the freighter version of Phoenix Simulation B777 model which Navigraph issue nav data updates for.

Thanks, Trevor - I have thought so, but I was unsure if someone still uses this 20-year-old SIM 🙂

I haven’t installed FS2004 or PSS, but I will check the data. As you can see in my screenshots, we have both idents in our source.

Possibility: I will find a team member who still has FS2004 with PSS installed to test it. Please give me a little bit of time.

Thanks for your patience
Richard

Hi Richard, I have checked again and despite the cycle updates it appears no ILS identifiers are in the database

Hi Trev,
I have tried to analyze this “issue,” and I assume it has existed since day 0 🙂 Because I have looked back at AIRAC 2201, and in no cycle did we have the ILS idents (worldwide).

Was this working before? If yes, do you know the approx. the cycle?

What I can do is add the idents to check if you can enter them then. I will change the corresponding file and upload it here for you to test, please.

Hope that´s ok because I have the FS2004 installed now but I don´t find any backup of the PSS on my system, I´m sorry.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi Trev,
I have now added the ILS/DME idents to the PSSVOR file. Please can you replace it manually and test this file to see if it works now? If so, I will add this change to the production system, and you can expect it to be automatically applied with the next AIRAC release.

Hi Richard, works perfect !!.
I know this particular aircraft is from the dark ages but it was way ahead of its time when it was first introduced. This with FS2004 flies like a dream !
Many thanks for your quick response and solution.

Phantastic Trev - thanks for testing!

It was also my early days in this data world, and my career started at Navigraph, so I know what you mean.

Thanks again. I have now deployed it to the production system, and you can expect this additional data in every cycle from now on.

Have a nice evening,
Richard
