Hello, please forgive me if this is not the correct place, I have a question when you ask me for an update when entering the EFB of different aircraft, always PMDG, they are the ones I only use, be it the 737, 777 or 747, when doing so I see the authorization for the 747-8, whatever aircraft was used at that time, is that normal, or am I missing something? thank you so much ---

This is what I started doing again, every aircraft I try to access, it asks me for authentication, and it always refers to the 747-8, when in that photo, I am in a b737-800. Hi…, Maybe try uninstalling all PMDG aircraft, then redownload and install PMDG 737-800 Restart machine. Also check you have a valid reliable internet connection, and your Windows time is synched to local time. Cheers Ian ---
