I keep getting the error “the internet connection appears to be offline, or the server could not be reached.” on my iPad. Same with the ipad iOS app, can’t load my last flight plan. Phone and in-game charts works fine and connected to the same WiFi. Internet is up and running on all devices. I even tried vpn but no luck. Any suggestions?
Having the same issue here
similar issue to me - I’m able to load my flight plan on the webapp but tablet app is not showing it under “Import from Simbrief”
Same issue on the Android app
Same here. I am not able to load the latest simbrief flight plan onto the iPad App. Had to do it manually.
The servers are working fine. I was just able to load SimBrief flight plans into Charts iOS and Charts Cloud on the iPad without error.
Maybe try connecting your iPad to the internet via a Mobile hotspot.
This may be an issue with your Internet Service Provider. Please let me know who your Internet Service Provider is and where you are located.

Hi, for those of you reporting issues on your tablet or phone (iPad/iPhone/Android/etc), please provide the age of the device (how old is it) and current operating system (iOS/Android) version.
You can normally find the operating system version in the main device settings.
Cheers,
AT&T is my ISP, located in Georgia, USA.
iPad IOS 16.7.12, 5th Generation iPad. 8 years old. Latest Charts app
I have the same problem.
Hi all, can you please try again? I have made a change and suspect it might fix the issue for the moment.
You may need to restart the Charts app, your web browser, or possibly even your device if it doesn’t work right away.
Cheers,
Working fine now. Thank you
Working now as well. Thank you!!
Hello, I have the same issue since yestarday. I deleted cookies, used a VPN, made a dnsflush and had no success. I can only use the Dispatch on my iPhone but no in the computer.
