Hi Rob,
As described at ATC Boundaries - #7 by NAVData we don’t offer ATC boundaries.
BeyondATC has its own logic for determining which controller is handling a flight, and it is not necessarily based on Navigraph data.
So a different controller might be assigned, not necessarily at the FIR boundaries.
