Client not start

My charts client hasn’t started for a while. I can log in online, but the client application does not open. I’ve done a clean uninstall and reinstall. Without success. I was referred to this forum by the support team. I don’t get a error message. It could be related to a Java update.

But it is debited regularly

Hi Andrew,

I am sorry you are having difficulties with Charts Desktop. We are developing a new Charts version, with a different user interface.

As a workaround till this is released, I suggest you use Charts Cloud. It has the same functionality as Charts Desktop.
