I cannot get Charts to work in MS 2024 EFB on PC. Simbrief works fine. Charts starts to load then I get the INOP screen! Reload or Forum buttons just give me a blank screen and will no longer respond for the remainder of the session. This used to work?
I’ve gone through posts, tried an older version of Charts App. Now using Navigraph EFB Charts v1.0.0-beta.2.
Nothing works or helps?

Hello! Thanks for the feedback.

Could you try installing this version?

I first removed the version in navigraph hub, then installed this version.
IT WORKS!!

To be fair I did change aircraft from Pilates pc-24 to citation longitude. Next time I use the pc-24, I will let you know if there is a problem.

When will Navigraph Hub be updated to a correct version?
THANKS !
