Charts and Simbrief not loading/very slow

Hi, I have noticed recently, especially on Sundays and happened today 13/09, that Navigraph Charts and Simbrief become almost unusable: when you click on a pinned chart it won’t appear, simbrief wxr refresh times out, simlink stops working, etc. I checked my internet connection and it was fine.

Are the navigraph databases getting overloaded?

Regards

Charles

Hi Charles,

We have no reports of our servers being overloaded.
As Charts, SimBrief and Simlink were all affected simultaneously, this may indicate a temporary problem reaching Navigraph services. This can be an issue with traffic across the many links to our servers.

When this occurs next, you might try resetting your modem, connecting via a mobile hotspot to confirm no issue with your connection.

Cheers

Right now, Sept 14, 2140GMT, My iPad does not loading map chart. is something down on the server?

Stuart

Hi…,

No, the servers are fine. Yours is the only report. This suggests something about your system.

Try resetting the router, maybe connect via a mobile hotspot, and restart the iPad.

Cheers

As of 14 Sept 2026 at 0136z, I can´t see charts on my iPad or Windows app.

The GUI loads perfectly, but when I try to load a chart, a blue circle in the top left part of the screen keeps moving.

I tried reinstalling the app, but the situation remains.

Any ideas?

i have the same issue with simbreif

and navigraph charts not loading

23/september it is not an issue with

my internet connection

I have also noticed that the loading speed of the charts has become significantly slower recently, regardless of whether it is on Windows or iOS, and regardless of whether I am using fiber optics or a mobile network.
However, I haven’t noticed any difference in the loading speed of SimBrief.
