Recently, the frequency of the San Luis Potosí Airport Tower in Mexico has changed from 118.85 to MMSP TWR 118.90
Torre (Tower): 118.90 MHz (POTOSI Tower).
Approach/Information: 127.50 MHz (POTOSI Approach).
I request that you modify the frequency to the correct setting in your latest update.

It seems to be the opposite, the NOTAM says:
A8812/25 NOTAMR A5452/25
Q) MMFR/QSTCF/IV/BO/A/000/999/2215N10056W006
A) MMSP
B) 2510252320
C) 2601252359
E) TWR OPR FREQ CHANGED TO 118.85MHZ
118.85 is the current/new frequency (at least until 01/25/2026 2359 UTC).
This is already up to date in the frequency list; the charts (e.g. 10-9) still show the old frequency though.
