# Can't log in 2

Hello. Bought a subscription. Can’t log in to use it - Brave keeps returning to home screen. Same with Chrome. Can log in on mac.

And lines don’t wrap when typing into this text box. How hard can it be?

Logged in - the clock was wrong. An error message would have been helpful, so thank you for that 30 minute journey. Now something called “Navigraph Hub” is demanding that I resubscribe - I click subscribe, it takes me to a page, I can see my subscription details, but it keeps demanding more money. It cannot be that hard.

Hi…,

Welcome.

You seem to have 3 accounts. If so you may be logged in with a non subscribed account.

In the systray near Windows clock, right mouse click on the Hub icon, sign out, and sign in with your subscribed account details.
