Can't download flightplans right now

Getting the exact same issue even after logs outs/restarts/etc. Hope there is a fix soon.

The problem seems to be the download to MSFS. I was able to manually enter a Navigraph-generated flight plan into the Longitude Garmin; surprisingly, Beyond ATC was able to read the Navigraph flightplan, although the simulator could not. Anyway, I am off on a long flight, but the main problem still exists: the SimBrief cannot be downloaded to the aircraft.

Hi, what add-on or aircraft are you trying to import into?

Thanks,

A post was split to a new topic: Unable to import flight from SimBrief

Greetings, gentlemen.

I am experiencing this issues on PMDG both 77W and 737NG.
I post the one from PMDG 77W down below.

Apparently, this problem occur on PMDG only, there’s nothing problem with TFDi MD11 nor Inibuilds’ A300/A310 I have, only I have to re-sign in for the charts each reboot.
I haven’t check on Fenix nor other add-on, so I couldn’t say anything aside of PMDG.

Please help us to fix this. Many thanks

Best Regards

@Reincarnage Can you also try importing your most recent flight (LTFM-RJBB) and see if it gives the same error in PMDG?

Thanks,

The standard MSFS2020 Cessna Longitude with the G5000

Hello,

I can confirm you that now it is working properly as usual.

Many Thanks for your splendid works. :+1:

@burnetten The error message importing into the G5000 appears to be a different issue from the one originally reported in this thread. The team is working on a fix!

A separate forum topic has been created for it here: Unable to import flight from SimBrief - #2 by skysail

Cheers,

Thanks! Just for your team to know, I have been successfully importing SimBriefs into this same system virtually every day for the past several months without any problems - including just yesterday. Initially, I thought it might be just my destination airport today, but it showed up on every airport I subsequently tried, even after restarting MSFS, Navigraph, and rebooting my computer. I might also mention that I had no problem displaying Navigraph charts on the Garmin.

Hello @burnetten ! The issue has been fixed: Unable to import flight from SimBrief - #3 by skysail

It was caused by a server-side change rolled out today, which explains why it worked until very recently.

Kind Regards,
Malte

HOORAY! It works! Thanks so much for your timely response to this problem. Not many companies left in this world who take such an interest in their customers’ needs. You are to be congratulated.

I need help. If i click Export on Navigraph Charts there is no Format with Microsoft Flight Simulator. But I need to save this.
What should I do?

That’s what I have (you need to be using Charts Desktop on a PC/Mac or Charts in a web browser to export to a file).

Regards,

Tim
