Hopefully, this is no longer needed with the new version 1.2.22 as per [Navigraph Hub wont install Packages ( Stuck on Installing ) - #47 by m4rkus](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/navigraph-hub-wont-install-packages-stuck-on-installing/20880/47).

Just download from [Navigraph](https://navigraph.com/downloads).
