# Can not load Flight plan into MSFS 2020

When trying to load simbrief thru EFB in B777, I get an error which says that my simbrief alisa or Hoppie ID are wrong. I have use the Alisa which is provided from simbrief page and gotten the Hoppie ID from the Acars web site and each time try I request the flight plan it says I have wrong info.

I have used ever number that I have in my acct with no luck. The only thing that I can’t change is my simbrief Alisa

Again I tried my user name and both my simbrief # and my pilots # which came back with the same error “Tablet presences wre saved and Hoppie ID was invalid and cleared” .

Hi, Hoppie ID is unrelated to SimBrief. You should not need to enter it for SimBrief import to work.

It might help to know which aircraft you are trying to configure, and for which simulator?
