- Advise which version of MSFS (2020 or 2024), and confirm you are using a non-beta version.

- Provide the flight plan that causes the error in plain, copyable text.
- Detail the steps you have taken to load the flight plan, with screenshots of any errors using Guide to posting Screenshots .
